2. Purchases and Payments

All purchases of courses are final once payment is processed. Prices are displayed in USD and may change without prior notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal.

• Refunds are available within 14 days for first-time purchases only.
• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Taxes will be added at checkout where applicable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties.
• Uploading harmful code or attempting to breach security.
• Using automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.
• Harassing other users or posting offensive content in community areas.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, texts, videos, and design elements are the exclusive property of SereneSpeak Atelier or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Outcomes from our courses depend on individual effort and circumstances.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SereneSpeak Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Current terms will always be available on this page.
